There is currently no limit on the number of kits or refill pods you can order. However, we reserve the right to apply order limits if required due to stock availability or demand.

Please note that refill pods require an IVG NEXiO device and cannot be used independently.

Payment is taken at checkout when you place your pre-order. We accept a range of payment methods, such as Klarna and Pay By Bank.

Orders can be cancelled or amended at any time before dispatch by contacting our customer service team.

If your order is already being prepared for dispatch, we will make every effort to stop it. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation or amendment requests are only confirmed once you have received confirmation from our customer service team.

If you haven't completed age verification on the IVG websiteb before, you will be asked to complete it after payment. Failure to complete age verification will result in your order being refunded.
