Delivery Information

How it works

We dispatch orders via DPD, fully tracked from start to finish.

• Order before 4pm and we'll dispatch it the same working day.
• Order after 4pm and it'll go out the next working day.
• Delivery is typically 1 working day after dispatch.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
• Everything ships fully tracked, with a tracking link sent to the email address you used at checkout.

Delivery times

• Delivery happens between 7am and 7pm. A signature may be required.
• If you're not in, the courier will leave a card, text, or email with instructions for redelivery or collection.
• We don't dispatch or deliver on bank holidays — expect your order the next working day instead.

Cost

• Free delivery on all UK orders over £35 (mainland England, Scotland, and Wales).
• Orders under £35: calculated at checkout.

Remote and island postcodes

Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, and the Scottish Highlands & Islands: £9.99, and these areas aren't eligible for free delivery.

Age verification

All orders are age-verified before dispatch. If we're unable to verify your age automatically, we'll ask you to send photo ID (e.g. driving licence or passport) — your order will be held until this is confirmed, and we'll let you know by email if we need anything from you.

If something goes wrong

• Order hasn't arrived. Get in touch within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation and we'll investigate with the courier.
• Wrong or missing items? Let us know within 5 working days of delivery so we can sort it quickly.
• Delays outside our control (courier network issues, extreme weather, etc.) are rare, but if they happen, we'll work with the courier to resolve it as fast as possible — though a refund for a delivery delay isn't always possible.
