We offer a choice of fully tracked delivery services with Royal Mail and DPD, allowing you to choose the option that works best for you at checkout.

Delivery Options

• Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day.
• Delivery is typically 1 working day after dispatch.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
• FREE on orders over £35.
• £3.69 for orders under £35.
• All orders are fully tracked, with a tracking link sent to the email address used at checkout.

Delivery Times

• Deliveries typically take place between 7am and 7pm. A signature may be required.
• If you're not available when delivery is attempted, the courier may leave a card, text or email with instructions for redelivery, collection or other available delivery options.
• We don't dispatch or deliver on bank holidays. Orders affected by a bank holiday will be processed or delivered on the next available working day.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched.

Age Verification

All orders are age-verified before dispatch.

If we're unable to verify your age automatically, we'll ask you to provide photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport. Your order will be held until your age has been successfully verified.

If we require any additional information from you, we'll contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

If Something Goes Wrong

• Order hasn't arrived? Please get in touch within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation and we'll investigate this with the courier.
• Wrong or missing items? Please let us know within 5 working days of delivery so we can look into this and resolve it as quickly as possible.
• Delays outside our control, such as courier network disruption or extreme weather, are rare. If they do occur, we'll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can review the available options.
