How To Redeem Your Points

Redeeming points is easy, at the checkout you can choose to redeem your points before you make your purchase to claim up to 30% off your order.

100 points = £1
  • Redeeming Your Points: You can continue to use your existing points to receive a maximum of 30% off your order
  • Minimum order spend: Capped to £10
  • Your Points Balance is Secure: Please be assured that you will keep the points you've already earned. Your existing balance remains safe and ready for you to use.
  • Earning New Points: You can keep earning points as normal at the rate of 1 point for every £1 spent on all standard orders.
  • Reward Orders: Please note that when you choose to redeem points for a 30% discount on a purchase, you will not accrue new points on that specific transaction.
  • Points Expiry: Please be aware that your points will now expire 6 months from the date they are earned.

Terms & Conditions

1. You must have an account to use our rewards programme

2. You cannot claim points after you make a purchase and did not have an account

3. Points will be refunded if you cancel your order

4. If you choose to return any order you have purchased we will refund your the amount you spent & your points

5. Points cannot be exchanged for currency

6. Points cannot be transferred to another account

7. Loyalty points are valid for 6 months from the date they are earned. Any points not used within this period will expire automatically.
