We are committed to reducing environmental impact and helping our customers dispose of products responsibly.

To support this, we provide recycling guidance in line with UK packaging and waste regulations through trusted industry resources such as Recycle More while also offering dedicated vape recycling collection points at our own premises. 

WEEE Statement

IVG products containing batteries or electrical components fall under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations. These products should never be disposed of with household waste and should always be recycled through an appropriate collection point.

Our Recycling Partner

Recycle More is an initiative operated by Valpak that provides consumers with clear and practical information on how to recycle different types of packaging and materials. It is used by a wide range of UK retailers and manufacturers to help meet recycling information obligations.

IVG Vape Recycling Collection Points

Used vapes should never be placed in general household waste, as they contain electrical components and lithium batteries that require specialist recycling.

To make recycling easier, IVG provides dedicated vape collection bins at the following locations:

Our collection bins accept:

• Used disposable and rechargeable vapes
• Vape pods
• Vape coils
• Vape batteries (where applicable)

Before Using the Collection Bin

To help ensure safe handling and recycling, please follow the guidance below:

• Do not place hot, smoking, visibly damaged, swollen or leaking devices into the collection bin.
• If your device is damaged or leaking, please speak to a member of staff so it can be handled safely.
• Where loose vape batteries are returned, please cover or protect the battery terminals where possible to reduce the risk of short-circuiting.
• Please do not place general household waste, household batteries, chargers, e-liquid bottles or unrelated electrical items into the vape recycling bin.
• Wherever possible, ensure any remaining e-liquid has been removed before depositing your device.
