Vaping products are legally restricted to adults only. As such, all customers must successfully complete age verification checks before an order can be processed or dispatched. By placing an order with IVG, you are agreeing to allow us to confirm your age with 1account age verification. The verification process will take place once an order has been successfully placed.
When you place an order with IVG, 1account uses your personal information to verify your age. This may include checking your details against the electoral register, mobile network data, or credit card records. It is important that all information is entered accurately, as this is required before any age-restricted goods can be delivered.
To securely verify your age, IVG uses the services of One Account Mobile Limited (1account). If you request an age-restricted product or service, you consent to IVG sharing your information with 1account and to 1account collecting data from trusted third-party identity providers. This consent is required for 1account to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements under UK age-restriction legislation.
You consent to 1account retaining relevant information for the purpose of future age verification. All data processed by 1account is protected by appropriate security measures and is reviewed regularly to ensure it is not kept for longer than necessary.

If you are placing your first order with IVG, or if you use an email address that is different from the one registered on your account, you will be verified silently by 1account. If you pass, 1account will send an email confirming that you have been verified. If the verification fails, a 1account age verification red box will appear at the order confirmation stage. If the age verification is not completed within 10 minutes of the order being created, 1account will send email reminders, allowing you to verify your age at a later stage. Please note that if you verify your age later, your shipping may be delayed.
If your age is successfully verified, no further action is required. If the verification is unsuccessful, you will be given the option to re-verify your age using the below methods. If you do not successfully complete the age verification process within 72 hours your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
