When you buy a new disposable, you can send in your old one. Our customers are entitled to return their old or unwanted IVG disposable vapes to us when they have been purchased online.

1. Empty the disposable vape by using it until it no longer produces vapor.
2. Safely dispose of the vape by placing it in a sealable plastic bag to prevent leakage. Please also ensure there are no bare wires and do not take the vape apart.
3. Seal the envelope or box securely and affix appropriate postage for mailing.
4. Mail it to the designated recycling address above.
5. Complete the form below – and put in packaging to return.
