IVG SMART 5500 Blueberry Raspberry

I bought this vape as I love IVG vapes from a shop in norwich St John’s News of licence and grocery’s on Friday late afternoon, I put the vape together following instructions in the shop which is all on CCTV which the two Indian lady’s who were in there kept looking at ea h other and the manager went in the back and made a phone call which I didn’t understand as I do not speek or understand there language and she came out and I asked if she could put the rubbish in the bin which she said they do not have a bin behind the counter which I found odd as all small grocery/ off-licences have at least a small bin for rubbish like till recieots etc and as I left she was strate on her phone again watching me walk away and pointing at me, by Saturday morning which I didn’t understand not go out Friday so it was not used for long mabe 4 hrs tops but not constantly being used like smoking you don’t have it on the go every min, but when I went to use it Saturday it had leaked and toking on it was awful like it was empty with that awful burnt taste. I was unable to go back to the shop yesterday as I live 7miles from it and I was unwell from having an epileptic seizure in my sleep but I went there today and the same women were there and she refused to exchange it or anything and she charged me £13 for it and the tank in it is full, I left the shop then had a look on trading standards and she has a duty to return it to UVG as it is clearly faulty but she would not and again she went out the back and came back saying that it’s fine to call trading standards that they can deal with them and she stood at the door watching me le e whilst the other lady rushed behind the counter removing all the IVG products if this style as I could see, I would be extreamly grateful if IVG could contact me directly to resolve this as I am disabled and I can not afford another vape for 12 days due to being in reciept of benifits I loved the style and the fact you can refil and recharge, I shall see if I can find were to contact u directly as I am extreamly upset sbout this and I feel the shop should not be aloud to sell your products any longer as it gives a very bad rep Annabel from Poringland, Norwich, Norfolk England
