How To Use IVG Air Rechargeable Starter Vapes:
- With the device in your hand, press and turn anti-clockwise the top of the vape.
- Once the mouthpiece is removed, insert all 4 pods with the arrows facing down into the device.
- Take the mouthpiece, press and turn it clockwise to close.
- To select flavour pod, twist the body of the device till you see the pod choice in the device window.

I reached out as per my last review and the new rechargeable air is now fully working and I can change the pods thank you so much for your quick response and sending the video.. anyone else with issues need to push Down and then turn lol but 10/10 for service thank you

I purchased the IVG Air 4 in 1 Pink Starter Kit, device on the LEFT in the photograph attached.
Was expecting it to be pink, just like the IVG 2400 disposable. It's not, it's Rose Gold, so disappointed because it will hopefully be with me far longer than the disposable ones and I like bright colours. The photograph on the website shows the rose gold, I just thought they had that wrong because the title states Pink.
When putting the IVG Air together, it's tricky. The top black cover (referred to in the demo video as the mouthpiece) pulls out easily, but once you have the cartridges in place, it's a very tricky process. I did it the first time with only two cartridges in place, that took just a couple of goes. I then filled it with all the cartridges, that's when it took at least ten minutes to get it to go into place properly and stay there. Probably just me, but be patient, it will work eventually.
If you are used to the IVG 2400 there are couple of things to note - the IVG Air is slightly smaller, the 'mouth piece' is smaller and overall the unit does not feel as robust as the IVG 2400.
To move on the flavours, simply slide the middle section around, not like the IVG 2400 which you have to 'lift' then click into place and ensure the arrows are in the correct positions. That's a lot less fiddling around, but the IVG Air does not feel as robust in comparison and time will tell how long it will last before breaking.
The flavours are of course, spot on.
Only had the unit a couple of hours, charged it after a couple of puffs as could tell it needed it. Didn't take long to charge.
RECOMMEND PURCHASING this unit if you love using the IVG 2400.
